Biography
Heulwen Davies
I was brought up in this beautiful part of Wales and have always had an interest in painting and drawing. Having an opportunity to attend some drawing classes held locally around ten years ago sparked my enthusiasm to learn more. This eventually led to the completion of a degree in Fine Art at Aberystwyth in 2005.
To date I continue to develop as an artist by working from my home and drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape. Recent work shown here is based on the landscape of the Nature Reserve near Tregaon in Mid Wales.
Still life is also interesting I find it quite enjoyable when the weather is not so good outside.
